This template has 2 main objectives: a) to see how the mortgage repayment changes with changes in the interest rates during the period of the mortgage; b) to show the Stamp Duty payable based on the property value – the Stamp Duty bands and rates can be changed manually with changes in legislation.
The fully working demo versions of our Mortgage payment calculators allow changes in the interest rate and mortgage period for testing purposes.
