Accounts Consolidation in Excel – 2 great methods

Excel SpreadsheetIf you need help with consolidating your accounts then have a look at our 2 methods shown below that can be used in a variety of ways, as follows:

Accounts Consolidation in Excel 1

Accounts Consolidation in Excel 1 demonstrates two alternative methods, running a macro or applying a Sum formula, for consolidation of tables that have identical layouts.

Accounts Consolidation in Excel 2

Accounts Consolidation 2 has the very special feature, not easily available on the internet, of consolidating statements or accounts that are not necessarily in the same format. For example, in sheet North there is no department B. Yet, the department totals of all the sheets are correctly consolidated on the Consolidation sheet. Also, see our Management Accounts templates, one of which consolidates units or departments in different formats.

Both templates are included in the package. There is accessible below a free sample download as well as a purchased version with access to all the formulas and the VBA code.

Also, have a look at our other management information and accounting packages: our newly-upgraded Management Accounts templates, Cash Accounting System and Complete Accounting System in Excel (CASIE) .
