The purchased version has total flexibility on adding or changing ledger accounts names and numbers. Customers can adapt it easily to suit their specific needs using familiar Excel skills. All instructions are included in both the demonstration and full versions, together with some dummy data to test the application.
The purchased version has no restrictions. Your own chart of accounts can be uploaded and installed, while the P&L Account and Balance Sheet can also be extended to include all your account names and numbers.
