Redundancy Templates Upgrade

Redundancy TemplatesUnderstanding the difference between statutory and enhanced redundancy payments with the help of our Redundancy templates is critical for employers. We have extensively upgraded both our Excel-based redundancy templates, statutory and non-statutory. The Statutory Redundancy template has been updated for the fiscal year ended 6/4/2026.

Both redundancy templates are now shown on one COMPOSITE template for ease of use, with a comparison of the two different payments shown on the Redundancy Model Analysis sheet in column M.

The composite redundancy template comprises a:
Statutory Redundancy template (the minimum amount payable by law)
This statutory redundancy template shows statutory conditions for the tax year beginning 6/4/2025; the conditions can be easily updated for future tax years.  All you need to do is to enter employee data (salary, date of birth, period of employment, etc.) only in the Statutory Redundancy template.  At the click of a button, you can see the amount of statutory redundancy payable to each of the employees to be made redundant.

Redundancy Enhanced Payments model template
Our enhanced Redundancy payments template, which contains a number of non-statutory options, is automatically updated on clicking the macro button with the employee data that has been entered in the Statutory Redundancy template and shows redundancy payments on your chosen basis for each employee.  You can then also see at a glance in column M of the Redundancy Model Analysis sheet how the statutory redundancy payments to each employee compare with payments made on some other more generous basis chosen by you.  In the purchased version, changes can easily be made to the amounts paid above the statutory minimum.

You can now purchase our composite statutory and non-statutory template for just £30.
